My pain is all lower back. And I do have a library nearby. Maybe I'll check there after work tomorrow. Thanks for the tips. You are an absolute treasure. Clearly this is a sign that I need to start playing Dance Dance Revolution again.

@omegarevan YES! Seriously though, I used to slip a disc in my lower back starting at 19 years old. I've had steroidal injections, which did A LOT at the time to help, but the only thing that keeps me symptom free is walking at least 2 miles a day. Obviously more is better. I tend to find I operate best with an average of 4 miles a day.

When I was in the hospital @libris, all the puzzles they had were missing pieces. So as we built them the staff requested that we write how many pieces were missing on the inside lid. Procedure was then just update it if you found it missing/more or less. I even set up a system for if you found pieces in your puzzle that didn't belong to that one - so that way they might find their way back to the correct puzzle. I wonder if yours are missing pieces. I was also really wishing my library or the 'game' library in town would loan them, but alas!

I'll definitely be back @davidlopansbro. I tried hiking Washington last year, but couldn't get past a certain point for a few reasons, plus there were a few other peaks that are compelling. Love New Hampshire.

Not far from there in Western Maine is the Carabasset Valley and Rangely Lake. If you are looking for a beautiful spot to take a trip I highly recommend. Like you, my wife and I moved down to New Mexico for a spell.....there is nothing quite like a fall and summer in New England. The winter's leave a bit to be desired and the early spring mud season sucks when you own dogs but those are sacrifices we were willing to make.
