THE NEW BESTIARY OF THE FANTASTIC AND REMARKABLE SAYS:
The Flux (Fluxus excelsior) of the high desert is quite the fascinating little creature. A true omnivore, the Flux seems to derive sustenance from speculative fiction and fresh fruits. It uses its surroundings as camouflage, often adopting a couture tuxedo or a Boodles martini to travel furtively amid colonies of Homo sapiens. When cornered, however, the beast reverts to savagery, unloading nature's wrath on any unlucky enough to draw its feral ire.
With very special and affectionate thanks to AP and St. Joad for services rendered.
