Thank you for your support! 💜 they literally just started me on Lithium this past week at the institution. I'm scheduled to start an outpatient program there tomorrow and I just got off the phone scheduling new doctors at several different places over town (haven't been able to find one I like.. Yet!) But I am excited because it is only a journey to getting better. I hope you are having a wonderful day, stay beautiful 💜😍🌞

I was with my doctor for generally most of my time, aside from 5 years when I lived elsewhere. Finding the right doctor and keeping with him/her is so crucial in getting the right treatment. Lithium did work for me, but after I did mushrooms and did some intense reflecting, things change. Things always change! @reaper

Ah yes, I always find that boomers give me a good period of clarity. And things do change ☺ the best thing about bad days and bad episodes, is that eventually they end, and a new period begins 💜
