I am a little bit late to seeing this, but I wanted to say it's very well written. I'm not even sure you're still here, but I understand it if you're not. I regardless wanted to leave this comment to show my support. I know from other threads and comments that we seem to agree on certain things, though, so hopefully you've indirectly seen that I am one of the people on your side. I have taken down the blog posts I used to write supporting models - not because I have stopped supporting certain models, but more because I wouldn't want to inadvertedly support photographers that are a risk, nor other people that have been "part of the problem" so to speak" - however, I will always remember you being one of the first ever models I wrote about, back when you were still a Hopeful, and as such, I've paid attention to your journey into pinkness, and was very happy to see it finally happen. I completely understand that this accomplishment is now tarnished for several reasons for you. But for what it's worth, it was an accomplishment you deserved all along. And I wish you and your modeling sisters nothing but the best for the future.

@daydream you are probably gone by now as others have said, if not, I feel your pain and can empathize for sure. I can't sympathize because obviously I'm not a model/photographer/hopeful, just a member. But, these problems have been occurring for a while now and it is saddening to see yet another really cool SG leave.  Sorry I didn't see this sooner honestly.  As for all the concerns, and, this is for everyone else really too seeing this, I was equally disgusted when I heard about all of this.  Sadly, this was just the recent "iceberg" of problems coming at the people on this site. There have been problems (allegedly in most cases so don't @ me about this) with non-staff photographers and a few staff photographers from the things I've heard or seen receipts for that back up the accusations I've heard, there have been problems with that "in crowd" you're talking about too.  There was also a TON of hopefuls that were AND other hopefuls now that continue to be swept to the side. Even after producing a LOT of good sets that meet (you would think at least) the parameters for going pink and SOTD, et cetera.  They never get their due and languish in hopeful status for years at a time while some hopefuls just cruise through on ONE set and bam! They're pink already.  I'm not saying that those hopefuls that skyrocketed to fame don't deserve it in any way, I'm just saying that it's kind of shitty that others have been "paying their dues" to this site in pursuit of that pink status and never get it sent their way.  Sad really.  I am sad that @daydream you probably won't see this but anyone else, let this be a cautionary tale yeah?  Some things are amazing at this site and I love it for that but, other things make me question the moral fiber of the staff at HQ sometimes.  Hope you are happy and find your passion elsewhere if you see this @daydream.  You were awesome.

Hah. It can be anything, too. Usually it goes like this while lying in bed: man, that was a nightmarish long day today...what if this is a nightmare and I won’t wake up? Or, worse yet...maybe we’re all living in a simulation and our entire existence is the size of a marble....or a grain of sand, and our overlords who run the simulation...who are they?...Aliens? Inter dimensional travelers? MAYBE, “alien abductions” are the overlords pulling us out of the sim (Matrix) and into reality....people wonder why I have insomnia. Hehe
