Again, your most welcome 🤗 Regardless What you are doing is working, ya look Fabulous. I use to Compete Bodybuild back in the day, which came with a lot of injury due to heavy weight lifting. Stick to light to start and focus on form first, front squats is one of those more risky exercises if done wrong. Good Luck 💋
