I'm so curious about a gluten free lifestyle, also a dairy free lifestyle -- but I fear not being able have things like cheese, yogurt or cream at all without self-destructing. I cut meat out of my diet while on the road, and my body just can't handle consuming more than a forkful of it at a time anymore. I don't mind it too much, but I would miss dairy.
