congrats on all the good things going on in your life. The birthday sounds like a smashing success glad you had a good time. Callisto in a movie that should be avery good movie I must say. aaaaaaannnnd your in the top 6% of your company thats stupendous I"m sure you'll make manager of the year of you keep that attitude that you had when you wrote that little "help wanted" ad.
