Have you tried some saltine crackers or some sliced bread? That and 7 Up soda usually helps my stomach calm down. Hope you get to feeling better!

Ginger candies can help. Ginger in general is good at settling stomachs and they make it in candy form to just suck on so it's not adding a bunch of weight to your already upset stomach.
