Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been very active over the last few days. I have been working more than usual and I've been busy busy looking after my poor baby puppy Luna, she had an operation and isn't a very happy chap after it :(.

I love Australia. I really do :) This was taken at Nimbin Rocks, most beautiful day. I love having days where I just go out for a long drive and explore the beauty of the world and take a million photos - none of them really do it justice. Have a wonderful day!

good luck with yoga. my release is from meditation and crystals, and every now and then getting reiki. i always have various crystals around my neck and meditate once a week. both of those have helped remove a lot of negativity from my life.
