Hullo. Obviously, I'm not a Doctor but this "Vasser Vagel syndrome" sounds almost exactly like what I get. My doctor ruled out loads of stuff (like migraine) and very kindly ruled out epilepsy so I could keep my driving licence. Months later I read an article about simple food allergies acting as triggers and now I can kind of control it through diet.
It's boring, but it might help you do keep a food diary and look back 72 hours before each attack and try and spot a pattern.
