i started my final and last diet monday as well! no more yo-yo dieitng! boo! and def. planning to be a hot MILF is in the books...
my sister lost about 40 lbs on two months! her advice was dont deprive yourself.. you can have your salad with dressing but choose a light rasp. vinigertte= amazing!
we used to have the healthy stuff at my parents house but after moving out... all there is is frozen things in the freeze (yes bc you only keep frozen things in the freezer).
=] but walks = amazing! just put on some snowbunny outfit and get out there! i have been slacking with my walks but its def. something work doing it's a small start but hey.. we all have to start somewhere!!
