I had that happen once. They told me the same thing (Indefinitely suspended), so I went out & found a new (& better thankfully) job within a few days afterward. Low and behold three months later the former employer called and asked me to come in & that my "suspension" was up. I was polite & informed them that another job had come my way during the suspension, but thank you. Why burn a bridge even though the job sucked & I had been suspended for reporting another employees consistent follies as I asked to by a supervisor....long story (run on ugh)?
