Every woman has different premenstrual symptoms, and almost ALL are of no real desire. I say "almost" because of the symptom in which a womans breasts swell (nevermind the tenderness), its the best symptom EVER and im currently relishing in the beauty of it by typing naked at the moment ...these things are lovely!
