I had a landlord who one day just decided to sell the house I was renting with a friend, and then told we had to find somewhere else with a months notice - and that was that. Never a nice thing. So can sympathise with your predicament smile

my word of advice for the day:

dismiss before you're dismissed

when your heart isn't in something anymore.. it shows..
