I'm not aware of any yum yum flies on my helmet. Rather, it's smooth and creamy white.

Oh, the promises I made to keep in close touch and my first update is offensively belated. Never had I imagined all that's involved in relocating just one state to the south. Literally, there's been nearly two month involved, and I'm moving again next month. Here are some questions you might have for me if we were talking in the real 3-D world.

HOW ARE...

Nicely written up synopisis of a move.

did i happen to mention how fucking awesome your last set was? seriously.

I read your las blog and your account of los angeles is oh so accurate. despite your best efforts, it sort of worms its way into your heart.

if you haven't yet, you should read some of joan didion's essays on la. and mike davis' city of quartz.

it's a complicated, nuanced city with a crazy history. the chandlers, the water wars, noir- what more could you ask for!

Is it hard to find places in LA that accept kitties? I'm shooting for somewhere in Glendale. Thanks.

It shouldn't be too hard to find a place in glendale that allows kitties. two of my mates got a tow bedroom house highland park, cheap as chips off that westside rentals thing, and they're can have pets. It might take some effort but yhou should find something in no time.
bridgetwnpeddler:
Oh a place that takes cats should not be too tough... nice to be in LA after the snow days in Seattle and Portland?

Okay, let me be the first to say, despite my hatred of that discipline in which I hold my B.S., psychology is, for the most part, a crock of deceit and alchemy. But, there were a few beneficial points-- like, how we grow up kind of affects us as young adults (Ooooooh!). When my parents got a much-appreciated divorce, the one thing I cherished was...

SATAN MUST HAVE BEEN NAPPING YESTERDAY...WHOOPS!!!

In a fit of exhaustion, (due to his intense productivity of the last half decade) speculators can only assume Satan involuntarily dozed off as Americans hurriedly assembled to perform that one task that's asked of them less than annually, they voted. Not only did they show up, but they made their voices heard in a manner that suggests "no"...
