Orajel http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orajel will make it suck less for brief periods of time. This is benzocaine, so it is a local anesthetic. Won't heal you but will help you cope. Makes it impossible to read Dr. Suess aloud though.
However, if you have badness in one toth, it will spread to others. Get to a Mouth VET! You need a dentist. Pop open the phone book and start calling around. If there is a dental clinic in your area, the local dentists will know. Some dentists will also do heavily discounted work for people they know are busted.
Don't take the pain. Just because you are a tough little number and can take it doesn't mean you should.
