OMG It's September! WTF??? Where does time go?

I have been offered a management position at Le Chateau. Guaranteed hours and a benefits package. It would work out to between $500-700 more a month than the spa. But I went to school for esthetics. But I am really great at both jobs. I don't know what to do!
