drinking soda has its effect on your system with the sugar,acids and other items in it. many antibiotics adds to the kill effects within. i have used Colostrum & spiruline powder to help my body recover from the effects of some Rx. you can find books from your local health food store for more information. if you have gotten results from blood test. it can help out with foods and supplements to adjust mineral levels if need be. a Dr. of natural health can be your guide. just make sure they have licence, if i recall right it comes fr D.C. after passing testing from the district of columbia. it's been a while and the person i was seeing has moved away. most of the books i had came from the vitamin shoppe. good luck on your quest for better health. love & peace to you.

Omg, your blog caught my attention because of the tomb raider poster but the story surprised me, i thought i was the only one that watched my dad play tomb raider, i watched my dad play tomb raider 4 in our pc and i stayed in bed helping him as well and it was the best time of the day... tomb raider has the most special place in my heart as well because of this. Sorry to hear he passed =/ thanks for sharing this, our dads are great =)
