Stay on this website & don't worry about youtube. But if you wanted to be a stickler, the law aspect of it is pretty cut & dry. The fact that he is selling your image and not providing you with a percentage.. not to mention your permission was not obtained by him. But whatever action you take to nullify this, just don't let him win by losing your cool.
