SuicideGirls has become a cultural lexicon redefining a whole generation of young people who mix their political, music and pop culture sensibilities with a positive, open approach to sexuality. Soon after the explosion in popularity of the online community, SuicideGirls began developing projects that were natural extensions of the brand, packaged with SG's unique sensibility and often requested by the community. In 2003 SG released a hard cover coffee table book of photos and journal entries from SuicideGirls on the site that debuted at #1 on Amazon's Art & Photo Section and has sold over 50,000 copies to date. SuicideGirls recently released their first DVD; SuicideGirls: The First Tour in conjunction with Epitaph that captures the spirit of the SuicideGirls phenomenon.
