Nah you’re definitely not alone here @jadestone. It took me a very long time to realize I can’t help people if I don’t take care of myself. If the airplane depressurizes, you can’t help people put their masks on if you pass out. Take it from me, put your mask on first. Prioritize yourself so you can help others. I know it feels like you’re being selfish, but it’s necessary if you want to be in the best shape to lend a hand. Better for them; better for you 🙂

I'm sorry babe, hugs ❤️. I have the same problem. I've gotten a little better by learning to establish boundaries, but I still do it sometimes. Now it's mostly saying yes to someone that is manipulative and knows just how to guilt/pressure me versus a person with good intentions asking for a favor.
