No. I'm staying with friends right now, and there's a possum living in the bottom drawer of my room (long story). Found some great possum recipes at www.redneckpossum.com, but am not sure how you cook moose. Any tips?

Like any wild game it gets tough if you over-cook it. 5 minutes each side, that's it.
