I'm pretty sure every politician would welcome anyone's vote. It's not about ethics or concern; it's about numbers - regardless of their party affiliation.

It's called opposition research. Every campaign does it. If you think that Allen doesn't have staffers or interns doing the same thing, I hope you didn't bump your ass falling off the turnip truck.
