If You're Going to San Francisco, Be Sure to Take a Hezbollah Flag

Zombie has an interesting hobby. He attends rallies, taking photographs of the extremist nutcases, conspiracy freaks, racists and terror lovers he finds.

His most recent project was the "Stop the U.S. - Israel War Rally" in San Franciso and here's some of the photos he took. He makes little comment, so I'll follow his lead. The pictures speak for themselves.

gotta love humans - even on the semi-reasonable side of an argument, people are stupid and insane.

To everyone who mached in that rally I invite you to excrise one of the great freedoms that this country has and leave if you don't like living here. I'm sure that those other countries that you seem to have an abunance of support for will be more then willing to welcome you with arms wide open. Of course I'm sure your more then willing to forgo protesting in those other contries seeing as how they tend to shoot, beat, and imprison protesters.

i never get sick of seeing someone direct protesters they don't like for excercising their constitutional right to demonstrate to go to other countries where they don't have said right, like soviet russia. i don't give a rat's ass about the politics, this still doesn't make any fucking sense to me. why is this somehow the grand slam that wins any argument that remotely involves demonstrations?

i for one think all pro-israel demonstrators need to stop whining and move to myanmar and see what they think of freedom of assembly there! goddamn hippies.

Actually, I think they are exercising one of the "great freedoms that this country has [to offer]" by marching in the rally. You seem to think that a citizen of this country should be thankful for their civil liberties but not actually excercise them.

On a lighter note, the google homepage quote of the day today is very appropriate:
"The price of freedom of religion, or of speech, or of the press, is that we must put up with a good deal of rubbish."
- Robert Jackson

This just in! Breaking news - there are a few crazy people in the world who aren't capable of making legitimate arguments. Their mere existence completely undermines the position of everyone else who happened to be there.

Or maybe Uptight is just cherry picking again. Surprise, surprise.

I guess it is the pendulum swing from the nut cases on the other side that espouse islamofacists, or other equally ridiculous names.

are you signing your rant or name calling? I agree with what you said up until this part. Maybe it was meant to be ironic.
