Three tracks from the long-awaited, -ridiculed, -derided, cheap joke factory known as Chinese Democracy by "Guns 'n' Roses" have leaked all over the internets and have even seeped on to the radio in some markets:

Keyboard player Dizzy Reed's wife, Lisa, took to the Internet herself to ask fans not to leak anymore tracks, offering a poetic metaphor: "It's like shaking all our Christmas presents on the 23rd of December and figuring out what they are."

I feel I understand the song-leaking situation a whole lot better now. Like Lisa Reed, I'm not angry, just disappointed. I hope you're proud of yourselves.

Haven't tracks from this "album" been around a while?

I just find it impossible to believe that this album is going to be anything but a complete mess after all this time. No way it takes this long to make a record.

Apparently, Guns 'n' Roses are confirmed to headline on the Sunday at the Download festival... As much as I'd love it to happen, we have heard this several times before.

Well, if Duran Duran can an album as incredible as Astronaut 20+ years after their last album recorded with all the original members... well... nothing, really. I just love Duran Duran. I fully expect Chinese Democracy to be as laughably bad as most punters think it will be.

Hell, I'd welcome 90's cock rock at this point. But the track I've heard sounds like Axl can't decide if he wants to be John Lennon or A Simple Plan.
