We've had a couple of people bring the keys home with them and let me tell you, that sucks. We have two sets of keys but only one of them has the connection center keys and the keys to the back security room. Those just happened to be the keys the person brought home.

I wanted to kill Verizon last night. I spent over an hour on the phone with them when they screwed up one of my customer's account. What part of "My customer has two separate accounts. The account with just one number needs to be made into a family plan so that I can add a line. Do not even look at the business account with the two lines on it."

So what does the retard do? He combines the two accounts into one family plan. I hate Verizon. T-Mobile activations suck, too. Retarded Flex-Pay bastards.

those stupid idiot box computers do almost nothing, despite having a easier system than the actual phone companies' ones. it doesn't matter if it's easier when nothing can be done! (and we only have AT&T up here, thankfully)

They really do suck. The lady fixing that Verizon account was like "If you enter this number it'll bring up the other account" to which I replied "The only numbers we can enter are phone, license and social security. But thanks anyway."

I tend to agree with your overall point, but I don't think the PS2's slow start is comparable to the PS3's slow start. It's more like the 360's. The PS2 had a year or so lead time without any direct competition (the previous generation was still around, of course), like the 360. It also had a lot more exclusive third party support than anybody this generation is likely to, and a competitive price point that the PS3 has been sorely lacking.
