iJustine is an eTard Mastermind

Justine Ezarik, AKA iJustine, may have amassed a throng of iFans by filling in for Justin Kan on Justin.tv, and through her blogging and videos, but let's be realistic: the great majority of said fans want solely to see her boobs. I'm not making this up. Read any of the comment threads in her "episodes." They say things like, "Show the boobies," and "BOOBZ PLEASE."

The 23-year-old, who describes herself as "the Internet," recently got her big break. Nope, not co-hosting Geek Riot (puhleeeez), but rather, receiving a 300-page AT&T/iPhone bill.

Wow, awesome claim to fame, iJustine. Makes you look like a real frickin' genius. So far, she's been interviewed by CNN, NPR, USA Today, Gizmodo...the list goes on. And why are these various "news" outlets interested in speaking with her? Simply because she received a 300-page phone bill. Guess what? CNN, NPR, USA Today, Gizmodo...they all missed the point. What they should be interviewing her about is how she totally planned this whole chain of events out from the very beginning.

Most recently, on her Justin.tv channel, she appared with a book beside her: Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking, which she described as "sorta a sequel" to The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference.

Considering that iJustine was largely unknown until she video-blogged her "totally candid" receipt of the now infamous 300-page phone bill--which was so long, by the way, because she chose to have it itemize the 30,000+ "text messages" that she sent/received (read: had Twitter spam her with)--it seems pretty clear that this whole thing was a stunt: iJustine's own personally crafted "tipping point."

And bravo, iJustine: It seems to have worked. You go, girl. Enjoy those 15 minutes. iGuess.

everything i have read about the iphone bill debacle ( this isn't really even new news as slashdot had coverage of other people recieving large bills weeks ago, they just weren't attractive ) has it not be the user's fault they are recieving super large bills, so if you have a reference that this young lady "chose" to make her bill super large, can you link it, because i didn't see one if your post.

There is an option that you have to turn on to get everything you do itemized. That is how you get a huge bill.

I don't know why someone who's supposed to be so tech savvy would even choose to get a paper bill in the first place, considering you have an option to turn that off.

I hadn't either, so I watched the videos. I want to kick her in the box.

To take the whole thing a step further, maybe the book was a plant. A clue for someone to notice and then spread the story even more, this time to people who don't care about some blondie's phone bill tongue

Don't think I've ever seen someone so tailored made to be consumed by the mass market. Of course, I don't pay much attention to such things... until now! Damn you Tipping Point!

Posh is hotter AND shows the boobz! There's no comparison at all. All these iPhone-tards are creating far too much buzz. I understand it's a nifty little overpriced gadget, but when the biggest selling point for the damn thing is if you do something stupid with your iPhone, you too can get on national news coverage. 300 page bills... $3000 bills... eh... fuck off!! I'm bored!
