WoW 1.10 released

This isn't news to anyone who has been obsessively refreshing the Warcraft Forums, but for everyone else who thought today's maintenance was just the usual tweaks get ready for a big surprise. Starting right now you have to download a 30 MB patch with includes a whole grip of changes including weather effects and the very talked-about priest respecing. Since my undead priest is probably going to hit 40 this evening this is going to be an interesting update for sure. Of course anyone who has been checking out the test realms knows this but there are a crapton of UI mods and AddOns which will no longer work. People are freaking and 3rd party developers are rewriting. A fairly up-to-date list of the ones that are broken and their status can be found on the WoW Wiki.

I got the patch from GamersHell. There's also WoWTorrentEx for those who would like to extract the torrent from Blizzard's crippled downloader and use their own program in place of it. Just launch the extractor when Blizzard's "torrent" is running and you're good to go.

FileRush has a few links to some other sites you can download the patch from, but GamersHell doesn't require registration.
