Apparently he doesn't live in California, where it's sunny and 59 degrees.
Okay, so when I was a little kid I was always so confused by groundhog day because where I grew up, the pacific northwest, if it was sunny it meant it was spring, and clouds meant winter.
That's funny, it's 70 and sunny here.
