This is What Happens When You Fuck a Stranger in the Ass

It never occurred to me that there are various degrees of sodomy. I bet it never occurred to Luis Delgado, one of New York's finest, until he was arrested for fucking a 13-year-old boy in the ass in a public park.

The NY Times proudly reports:

Officer Delgado, a 12-year police veteran who was a patrol officer in the 41st Precinct, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree sodomy, a felony for which he could face up to seven years in prison, the police said.

Both Delgado and the young boy who he was buggering ran from the non-ass-raping NYPD when they arrived.

That's wrong. Seriously fucking wrong.

But it does make me curious, what is the difference between first and second degree sodomy?

I'm glad I finally have a fresh point of reference for the next time I have to explain to someone why the NYPD needs to tighten up their hiring parameters. People were starting to get tired of the same old unjustified shooting stories.

Really, why can't people fuck 13 year olds in the ass in the privacy of their own home. No decency anymore. wink

I wanted to change the line to "13 year old, dude", but by the time I could, the original had been responded to, so I changed it back.
