Deck The Halls With The Cup Size Choir

by Blogbot

La Senza is putting some festive cheer into their stockings with their latest advertising campaign. The Canadian-based lingerie company has assembled a special “choir” featuring scantily clad models of varying proportions who each sing notes that correspond to their cup size.

Dubbed “The Cup Size Choir,” the group appears on video singing “Deck The Halls.” The clip has had well over a million views since it was first posted on YouTube on Dec 2. Further fun can be had at CupSizeChoir.com/ where you can play a special interactive Cup Size Choir keyboard and record an XOXmas song of your own.

I find it kind of creepy that despite their different bra sizes they all seem to have the exact same body type.

Here's a little factoid that I only recently learned:

Cup volume relative to band size

Most women assume that a B cup on a 34 band is the same size as a B cup on a 36 band. In fact, bra cup size is relative to the band size, as the actual volume of a cup size changes as the band size changes. The volume of a brassiere cup is the same for 30D, 32C, 34B, and 36A.

So cup size is essentially meaningless. Just saying.

Yeah, isn't a 34C the same thing as a 36B? I wear both and usually can't tell the difference.

Cupwise, yes - you'd probably notice a bit of difference in the band.

My understanding is that while both will have the same circumference around the bust, the 34 will be tighter under the bust, with larger cups making up the difference. That being the point of having differing measurements for cup and band. But then, there seems to be significant disagreement between makers of what the cup measurements mean.

I find this pretty corny.
