...but not only is smoking apparently less carcinogenic than blowjobs*, it's also more pleasurable.

After controlling for other risk factors for throat cancer, such as drinking and smoking, the analysis revealed that people who had prior infection with HPV were 32 times as likely to have this cancer as those with no evidence of ever having the virus. And those who tested positive for a particularly aggressive strain of the virus, called HPV-16, were 58 times more likely to have throat cancer.

By comparison, either smoking or drinking increases the risk of such cancer by about threefold.

Are you really, seriously, linking a study showing that swallowing semen is good for you in a thread about how oral sex can spread a virus linked to cancer? Touting swallowing semen in a thread about STD's...priceless.

Less than 200,000 people get preeclampsia a year.

MILLIONS of people contract HPV. Men and women. Not just a very small percentage of pregant women.



Nice try, facty pants, but while something like half a million women worldwide get cervical cancer, only 10,000 of those come from the good ol' USA. And less than half those die (around 4,000.)

Wanna know why? Pap smears. We have 'em, poor countries not so much.

So, under those conditions, sounds like cum swallowing wins; provided it's backed up with a nice cold pap smear once in a while.



I don't think I tried to say that millions of people a year get cervical cancer.

Just that millions of people a year contract HPV. Which is an STD. Which can be contracted...you guessed it...by having unprotected oral sex.

Pap smears show cancerous and pre cancerous changes to the cervix. It does not 'diagnose' HPV.
