Or at least, give them a thrill whilst getting a car wash. In case you haven't heard, Australia is experiencing a serious water crisisone of its most severe droughts in 1000 years. In a desperate attempt to conserve, the government has implemented a number of restrictions, one of which bans Australians from washing their own cars.

Water must not be used to wash a vehicle except by means of a commercial car wash or a bucket filled directly from a tap.

As a result of this restriction, professional car washes are experiencing a buxom business boom, and one pervy entrepreneur (and convicted former brothel owner, thank you very much) is cashing in. Bubbles n' Babes, Warren Armstrong's nude car wash, offers an X-rated sideshow and topless cleaning. It has met with some objection, but it's been deemed legal by Australian police.

For A$55 ($45), customers receive a a topless car wash, and for the bargain price of A$100, lucky, thirsty Aussies get a nude car wash with X-rated lap-dance service. Throw in a "New Car Scent" air freshener and I'd call that a deal!

Aussie wives and girlfriends in Brisbane, where Bubbles n' Babes is making waves, are now doomed to always wondering where he's really going when he heads to the "car wash."

Ya the guy is well known around here a world class perv from way back LOL. Before prostitution was legalised here he was well known to the police ( He paid them off ) but at least he's honest about his past and his business now so he's not really shamed for what he is .
