Alert: Most Remaining SG Burlesque Dates Cancelled

Most of the remaining SuicideGirls Burlesque Dates have been cancelled. SG sincerely apologizes for the disappointment and inconvenience. Full refunds will be made at each of the venues, and SG is working to reschedule all of the cancelled shows for mid-January, beginning January 17.

The cancelled dates and locations:

    November 13, 2006
    Phoenix, AZ
    Marquee Theatre

    November 14, 2006
    San Diego, CA
    Brick by Brick

    November 15, 2006
    Los Angeles, CA
    Key Club

    November 16, 2006
    Santa Barbara, CA
    Velvet Jones

    November 17, 2006
    Santa Ana, CA
    The Galaxy

    November 18, 2006
    Cabazon, CA
    Key Club @ Morongo

The SG Burlesque Troupe has been invited to open for Guns n' Roses, and they simply couldn't turn Axl down (it must be the hair). This is a very exciting opportunity for the girls, who will be performing for enormous audiences. Please wish them well, check them out with Guns n' Roses, and look for rescheduled Burlesque dates in mid-January.

This isn't the offbeat lil site I joined so long ago. SG on mainstream TV. Canceling the tour to open for a has been band. Shitty chat client with ads? New sets once or twice a day compared to the 4 it used to be? What's next, own line of clothing with perfume?

I'm pretty sure it didn't used to be 4 sets a day. When you joined, which would've been right before I joined, I'm pretty sure it was ONE set a day. Am I wrong about this?

The number of sets a day has been going up and down for pretty much the entire time I've been on the site.

And uhhhh... there already is an SG clothing line. Have you been in the shop?

Nothing ever includes Ticketmaster fees.

(except the prices Ticketmaster charges you)

I don't WANT to see it...or hear it for that matter. But i'd give up a lung to see a live CG show....too bad I live in the middle of nowhere. frown

uhhh.... i think he's referring to when SG had 4 sets TOTAL.

you remember those days? no?

it's more trendy mainstream crappity-crap.
'grats to the girls for their popularity, but, really. no artistic integrity these days....

Some of the GNR shows are being cancelled due to low ticket sales so maybe the SGB shows will still go on.

IMHO this is a bad move for SG to be on the same bill as GNR. They should partner with people and acts that still have talent, are creating new things and not resting on the laurels from 20 years ago. They would have been better off with Velvet Revolver. Axl was great once but now it is just so sad. It is like watching someone drown and drowning people will take you down with them.

Hey if Stu Bailey reads this email me.
