Courtney Love Makes Live Return

Courtney Love has been in the news a lot for the past 3 years, but not much for the musician/actress's artistic output. That may all change with the announcement of her already sold-out performance tomorrow at Los Angeles's House of Blues.
It was announced earlier today that what had been previously billed as a Linda Perry solo gig would include a mini-set with Love performing songs from her forthcoming album, Nobody's Daughter. Tickets for the gig at the Sunset Strip venue had been available for nearly three weeks, but sold out today just hours after Love's appearance was revealed.
As previously reported, Perry produced Daughter, which contains many songs Love wrote in a court-ordered rehab, following a well-publicised drug-fueled meltdown.
Love, now sober and presumably wiser, is expected to take the stage at 11pm tomorrow night and SG Newswire will be there - look for a full report later this week.
In the meantime, take a look at the video below from Love's rehearsal last night*. The former Hole frontwoman rocks with Perry and a string section on "Pacific Coast Highway" from Nobody's Daughter, due this fall.
