Congratulations to Governor Doyle and the smart people of Wisconsin who voted for him--he's turned down $600,000 worth of bullshit "abstinence education" money from the Feds. Among other nonsense, this year's money comes with a requirement that
the programs . . . teach that sexual activity outside of marriage could have harmful physical and psychological effects. In the past, Maine, California, and Pennsylvania have also turned the money down.

No wonder the state motto is "forward."
