The Sexual Prowess of a Eunuch

I've recently started seeing this girl at college, and I'm not sexually aroused by her. She seems to have a bit more going for her than most women that I've dated, namely her interest in philosophy and science. I usually date these socially-shallow covergirls that put all their emphasis on beauty rather than intelligence. This girl isn't the best-looking blade in the drawer, but she's definitely the sharpest. This has more of a bearing on me than sharing sex with her. She hasn't popped the question to go to bed with her, hell, I haven't even slipped her the tongue, yet. How should I approach the issue if she were to ask? There's more to her than a bed partner, obviously.
