So I've just finished my first week working fulltime at the hospital. It's been the best week I've had since I got here. I wouldn't say I like my job so much as I'm addicted to it. (it's the most exciting thing you can do here). I've had 2 days oncall this week (which wasn't so bad). Most of my patients came in with strokes (wierd ?!?!), one guy had a seizure for close to an hour, he had to be sedated and intubated, another is just there cause he's afraid he might get sick if he leaves. That's just about it really.
