Did your doctor give you a referral to an allergy specialist (i think they are called immunologists)? Last thing you want is for that to be a regular thing due to some new thing you've got in your environment. It doesn't look like any Bark! related allergy, he'd have the spots all over you if it were him. And ragdolls are a very low allergen breed...
