Just started this weight watchers thing and dammit it has been tough for the first couple days! I am daydreaming of a cold beer or Jack and Coke but those fucking points just seem to add right up. I even packed a lunch today with nothing but chicken breast, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, an apple, string cheese, and raspberries but I dont know if this is going to last me for the rest of the day. I would like to drop some weight, about 30 pounds really. I think that would get me feeling a whole lot better about myself. Anyone else ever tried this? Im hoping to see some progress in the next couple of weeks. We will see!
