It's offical... I have lost my mind...
Woke up an hour and a half before I would normally would (2.5 hours early, if you include the time change), but I had a smile on my face.

Birthday was most excellent. Thanks to everyone, once again.
I did continue what seems to be becoming a birthday tradition... I got a speeding ticket.
I know that those of you who have riden with me will be suprised, but I like to drive fast. I realized this week, though, I have gotten a speeding ticket 3 years running within a week of my birthday. I guess getting older makes me want to drive faster. Weird... This one is pretty bad... I can't do DD, was going too fast. Oh well, shall have to go fight this one. Oh well.
Only 66 more hours to work in the next 8 days... Then back to my normal schedule!

It's weird, two years ago, no one remembered my birthday. Not my wife, not my mother, not by bestfriend. This year... I woke up next to a beautiful woman, who's given me the best birthday present ever (get your minds out of the gutter
OK, fine, but not just that.), my best friend baked me a cake from scratch, I'm chatting with my sister, I got an e-mail from my bio dad, gotten text messages from close friends. And last but not least, the messages from all of you. I've made some great friends through SG, and met some really great people through people I have met here.

Last night was apparently 'old friends night.' Starlet_LK got to meet up with old friends from OKC. I got to chat a bit with my friend for CO, whom I haven't talked to in months. Glad to hear things seem to be going well for her. Yay! for old friends.
Well rested now... Only 48 more hours of work until I get a couple days off.
