Another San Diego Comic Con in the bag! I wanted to update the last few days, but work, classes, and just being so damn tired has prevented me from posting a blog.

It's not a plane.... It's a car!

OG of Batmobiles

I take that back.... The true OG

This one sucked....

Image before the mayhem from the weekend took place

Twisted my ankle in the first 5 minutes.... I'll post my Go Pro video later...

Yaya Han cosplaying as Catwoman... Yes, she can do that to me all night

Oh Asuka, Lili, Tina, and Alisa... These cosplayers melted my heart. And yes they are part of this...

Sara Jean Underwood signing!!! $(%!#(%^*@($*

I made comic book themed shirt for her. I had a coworker of mine draw her as a zombie. When she saw me a few rows back in line, she actually recognized me and asked me if I had brought her the shirt I promised back at E3.

Made a shirt of our SG Kemper using the image of her with her Vader helmet

This is the image on my shirt. Says Temptation, the first step to the Dark Side

Bradley, Venom, Kemper, Ackley,Tristyn!
SCHA-WING x5!

My boy's girlfriend is the Tim Drake Robin. This whole team is cosplaying the DC Ame-Comi costumes. She's known as Anit-Ai Chan cosplaying if you want to see her work.

Weird how small the world is. She's the girlfriend of one of my best friends and he's one of my friends I met in Japanese class and apparently, they know each other through the cosplaying community.

I knew that Wil Wheaton is a SG member, but seeing him there made me laugh

Bob and Kemper! DOUBLE SCHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWIIIIIING!

This is the image on my shirt for their Star Wars Saturday.

This is the image on my shirt for Friday with SG Rlei. Personally, it is my favorite out of all the shirt I custom made.

Coughing up the $60 for this Lupo statue by Square Enix ARTFX

Kirkman signing my #100 Non Platinum Walking Dead cover! This dude is sick as hell! There was a 1 item signing limit, but he said fuck it and signed everything we wanted him to sign! Of course, there were assholes who had him sign 50+ #100 issues, but I only asked him to sign my #100 of WD and #1 of Invincibles.

OH YEAH!

So I twisted my ankle Friday night during the Walking Dead Escape at Petco. I actually twisted it in the first 5 minutes, but adrenaline kicked in and I was able to finish it. I was seriously winded after the 2nd flight of stairs... I think if the zombie apocalypse ever happened and I didn't have a weapon or gun, I'll be dead in the first 10 minutes... I also went to the Iheartcomix/Suicide Girls party at 4th and B Friday after I ran at Petco, but I left early because my ankle was beginning to bother me.

Saturday I was invited by an SG to go hit up a strip club with the other SGs afterwards, but I really really really didn't want to intrude on their ladies night out. Any other night I would have gladly gone and got a $100 lapdance, but Con takes precedence. Con is there for one weekend while the strip club is there all year around.

I highly encourage those who have yet to attend a San Diego Comic Con to go even if it's just once. I had so much fun and I hope all those on this site and all the ladies who worked the Suicide Girls booth had as much fun as I did!

In other news, I'm officially done with work on Uncharted 3. I spent 15 months on it and now I'm on a new title!!! This one is going to be interesting... wink

Now, on slightly heavy note...

Recently, SG Bradley came under fire for an article she posted last week about a one night fling. She doesn't feel like she needs to defend her decision, but I feel like I need to defend not only her decision, but the "crazy" decisions I've made and the decisions of others. It's just that the responses to her article hit home with me...

Let me say this... I love Comic Con. I've been attending for 20 years. I've had people say I'm crazy for putting up with the crowd and that I'm stupid for getting Suicide Girls freebies when I can take them and sell them instead. Other people look at me and simply shy away from me because I'm a "geek" who loves comics, video games, and toys.

What they don't realize is that I love Comic Con. I love what I do there, I love making those girls happy, I love comics, I love video games, I love toys, and over all I love the experience. I have a love and passion for this event but they say these words and it hurts no matter what. Why is it that if you like something, why do others have to point out the negatives? Forget the negatives. Try to put yourself in that position where you want to cut loose and have fun whether it's Comic Con, a fling, drunken night out, strip club, or even a LARPing event. If you have a concern about that activity, say it respectfully. There's no need to tear the person a new one just because of their decisions. I still believe that old saying "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all" should be practiced.

I just had to voice my opinion about her Bradley's situation because it hit pretty close to home. Not the exact same situation, but you catch my drift (hopefully).

Now I leave you with this song! Totally feeling it.... And yes, it was in that Tekken Tag 2 Girl Power vid....

Ever get those days at work when you just want to run out of the building yelling profanity at the top of your lungs? Today was that day for me...

Tomorrow was going to be my last day on the project. However, we found and issue over the weekend during OT that happens 100% of the time. It's a really bad issue and we thought it would cause a re-rev of the project and extend it. But our Senior QAs said they could just remove the location where the issue happens. What stinks even more was that the studio's dev team wasn't in because they decided they needed a break so the earliest they saw the report would have been at 9AM this morning.

We all held our breaths today as we came in hoping they would simply remove the location.... BUT... that didn't happen... They re-rev the project and now extended us another week.... 15 months on the same project... This is how we felt...

1:21 mark to be exact....

This shit isn't ruining my Comic Con, NO SIREE.....

I'm slightly sad that the project I'm on at work is ending Tuesday, but I'm also excited to start a new one as well as nervous. I can't remember writing up an issue on a consistent basis since last August... Strange...

I'm getting super excited for Comic Con this week! I've already got my itinerary ready for the stuff I'd like to see as well as the total dollar amount committed to Exclusives for the grand total of $206. Oh, I know I'll be spending more, I always find something to buy.

I've made a number of custom shirts for Comic Con featuring a few of the ladies from this site like Rlei, Kemper, and Bob. I'll post the image of them after Con. I made a shirt for Sara Jean Underwood after promising her one at E3. Here's a previewzoom image

Comic Con is going to be EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be back next week to post Comic Con pictures!

A year ago to this date, I had one girl on my mind. She was everything I wanted and everything I had for those few months together, but she has moved on. My memories with her were mostly happy and small amount of bad memories weren't really that bad. I was jealous of her boyfriend and had wished I did everything to hold on to her. Fast forward one year to today. I remembered something I posted on FB last year that said, "I can't stop thinking of her..." Now, I don't even think of her.

All I think of is the girl I'll eventually meet. Not the girl that every dude wants at work or the hot spin class instructor every dude at the gym is jocking to get with, but that one special girl that will take my breath away. I want to move on and find EVE. Find that one perfect girl who doesn't have to go out to a club every weekend just to have fun but instead wants to stay in for the night, maybe play a rousing game of Arkham Horror with some friends, or watch some movies together on the couch and end the night with cuddling. Even if I could have one night like that again, I'd be happy. Here's to another year in search of EVE. She's out there somewhere... Faith is all I got left....

Just had to get that out.

E3 down and we got more to come this summer!

I couldn't take too many pictures at E3, most of the stuff there said no photos or video... oh wellzies

Got to play Tekken Tag 2 and I can tell this game willbring back some nostalgia from Tekken Tag

Probably the best game I got to demo at E3. I can tell it will be a great way to relieve some stress

Line for Borderlands 2 was always long, even in the morning....

4 player Pacman? Oh yeah...

Namco/Bandai Tekken Tag 2 booth. Booths at E3 make booths at Comic Con look like a toothless hogie...

The hall. There's space to walk!!!

They had a retro gaming museum in the other hall. They had all the old video gaming systems as well as some classic arcade machines.

Sony!!!!

Nintendo's CEO slummin' it with the regulars!

Sony San Diego representing front and center!

I took a photo from Sara Jean Underwood's Playboy pictorial and made a one of a kind custom shirt. Found her and she loved the shirt. Loved it enough she took a pic of it and tweeted it! Can be seen HERE!.

Sara Jean even asked me to make her one for Comic Con and so me and my friend are making a few comic/zombie themed shirts of her to wear. On top of that, I've taken on the task to make a custom shirt of our Suicide Girl Kemper. Hopefully they'll turn out awesome!

Comic Con is a month away and I can hardly wait! Who's going?

Also, I've created an event on SGSD and I'm working with my co-workers to make a group for the Walking Dead Escape!. We've made it for Friday the 13th at 8:20PM so any of you attending Con should join us! Bar and food afterwards anyone???

My friend's girlfriend was asked by DC comics to do a panel at Comic Con with Geoff Johns and Jim Lee. She does A LOT of cosplaying and she did an Anime-Comi female version of Tim Drake's Red Robin. They took notice to how well she made her costume and asked her to do a panel with them about the character designs. She's super stoked about it. I joking said to my friend, "Dude, she's going to be a booth babe and have a crapload of dude takes pictures with her!" He laughed it off. He said a few hours later, "Now you got me paranoid about the dudes she'll meet..." Ooops...

On another note, I'm still working at Sony on the same title now for the last year and a month (most testers at my work are on titles for usually 3-4 months at most). The last part I'm working on is going to be the last for the title then off hopefully to another title. I'm exhausted from testing the same project for the last year, but the guys and gals I work with make the trip easier to get through.

Ever find that girl or guy that want to be with, but you know you'll never be with them?
Song to leave you with that explains how I'm feeling about this girl at work.

'Til next time!

I finished Mass Effect 3..... Oh yeah, I'm part of the few million who hate the choices at the ending... It isn't going to stop me from dancing like Shepard

And a little something to listen to...

What do you think about this list? I'd like a female's opinion about this article... I don't think #2 and especially #5 mean anything....

Super excited! Just scanned and faxed a picture of my badge so I can get an Industry badge for E3!!!!

Anyone else excited about Mass Effect 3?!?!?! I AM!!! I'll be sporting my N7 shirt and dog tags from Comic Con come midnight Monday night!

Just recently read The Walking Dead: Rise of the Governor and The Hunger Games. I started the Hunger Games last night and I'm already halfway through it! Yes, it's that good...

I've recently taken on the challenge to better myself! As my Lenten sacrifice, I've given up meat and rice for 40 days. Hopefully by the end of it, I'll consume less rice and less meat and overall change my diet so I can start losing weight again.

Last Saturday, I volunteered to cater an event with my friend. The event was to show appreciation to all women and thank them for their sacrifices. I can't remember the last time I actually took the time to do an event like that. It was fun and nice to see the ladies smile as we served them drinks, food and even taught them how to dance the Foxtrot.

It was rather hectic at times and my feet were killing me, but it was worth it. Too many times men forget the crap women have to put up with, but we never really thank the ladies. Many times we forget to thank women or most of the time we just simply don't intend to say thank you. This event reminded me we don't say it enough and sincerely mean it. So from the bottom of my hear, thank you to all the ladies out there and on this site.

Lindsey Stirling is the shit...
