so I'm doing a 30 Bikram hot yoga challenge. tomorrow will be day 15 - the half way mark. lovin it so far. started the practice last September... it is changing my body and changing my life.
a fine day... plenty of light. unfortunately it is minus 20 out there. about to bundle up and drive north for 2 hours. heading for Bancroft, Ontario... burr
totally into the Bikram hot yoga these days. I love the heat, I love to sweat and it is so great for clearing the mind and flushing out the toxins. anyone else into this?
I can smell snow in the air. but luckily, I just got new mittens. got to stay toasty when the icy wind starts whistling. and toasty fingers are especially important.
