OK, things like this just piss me off. So i called Fido today to get my phone unlocked. they want to charge me 250$ to unlock my phone! i got my new phone activated with bell on march 16 and my contract with fido was done on April 1. By activating my new phone, i inadvertently canceled my contract with fido. I actually called to explain this to them, but to no avail! So they are charging me 200$ for accidentally canceling my contract 15 days ahead of time! and 50$ for unlocking it!
So whoever is reading this, don't get anything trough fido there customer service is terrible!
