today was a good day. Hung out with my little brother all day. took him to Robertos for breakfast burritos w/ guac. then I took him to C4C because where he bought a johnny cash backpatch. he insisted that he needs to pin a blank patch over cash's middle finger so his mom wouldn't freak.but he also bought a patch that says "too drunk to fuck". so I said, " its considerate of you to spare your mom the middle finger, but I'm pretty sure too drunk to fuck is gonna take the cake." he just gave me one those "I hadn't thought of that" looks.

later on I went to watch him do his roping thing. he doesn't know it but I'm proud of him. when I was his age I was more into fuckin off and causing trouble. its good to see that he's actually doing something productive that he really loves to do.

humidity, what a bitch. its so fucking humid here that I have to wear my floaties just to go outside. but.... the rain is nice. we don't get enough rain here. I can't stand the desert anymore, I need to move someplace that has more foliage than dirt and asphalt.

speaking of foliage; I've decided to take a trip to Germany soon. visit some family and see some friends. the usual rabble-rouser business. been getting a real craving to go for quite some time. just need to get some shit straightened out here first. sign some papers and bid the ex farewell type of shit.

I've been on a pirate rant today. apparently I think I'm comedy gold. at work today, we got a call at the pool yadda yadda. its kind of a lengthy walk to the pool, and I sometimes get lost in my thoughts. all of a sudden," you know who likes pools?"

eh, I can't sleep. I've been having some trouble with it for past few days. usually, I can fall asleep anywhere as long as my feet are at a greater altitude than my head.

another day of work is officially on the books. I love my job, especially on Saturday and Sunday. those are the days that I'm the only person there for my shop. no bosses, I can work at my own pace and the place is always packed. its pretty kickback.

I've also been hanging out with my little brother a lot lately. the kids 16 and he's got a wicked porn addiction; all in all he's a good kid. I haven't been able to have a relationship with him since 2008. I got into a car accident with him in the car. thankfully he wasn't badly hurt, he was pretty shook up and had a huge bruise on his leg. so his mom, who is already batshit crazy as it is, got a court order pretty much restricting me from being around him. anyway, about a month he apparently got her to ditch the stick in her ass. and it has been fucking awesome.

well, yesterday was pretty shitty, corn and all.

when you spend all your time trying to keep someone elses glass full, you end up with an empty glass yourself.

today is gonna be aces, no doubt about it.
