So, I've decided that one big thing that my blog is lacking (compared to the others on here) is pictures. I don't have boobs to show off, nor am I a good photographer, but I'm going to do my best anyway!
But to the blog:
I had one hell of a shitty weekend. Really, I had a shitty week but it all kind of came to a head this weekend. I didn't go out at all, I just drank a little by myself and played video games. Basically, ex girlfriends are stupid, and even months later she's still finding ways to make my life miserable.
Just about the only thing that actually made me happy this weekend was how awesomely grungy I looked today. I was wearing my favorite pair of jeans, which are so worn out that there is barely any fabric left. I have to wear a wallet chain because there is such a huge hole in my back pocket that I'm worried that I'll lose it. To top it off, I wore an Alice in Chains shirt. True, I wasn't wearing flannel, but I could have fit in in the early 90's without any trouble at all. While I was walking to the computer lab it was raining, so I got quite wet (I don't own an umbrella...) and I felt that it was pretty much perfect both for my mood and for my grunge look.
The favorite pair of jeans. Note the blown out knee, holes in the pocket from the way my phone rests, and the wallet chain preventing my wallet from falling out of the hole in my back pocket. Also, note the chucks, because chucks are awesome.
Now, to completely change the subject, lets talk about Columbus. Specifically, how gross the campus area is. There is trash everywhere. A lot of the time it smells. It's really rather disgusting at times. I went to a concert once where the band joked that Columbus was like the towns in the wild west, but instead of tumbleweeds we had garbage being blown around... But, today on my walk to the lab I was greeted by this:
This is gross. How hard is it to pick up your shit? Seriously... No wonder the area is disgusting. The people who go to school here are fucking pigs.
And, lastly, I did eventually make it to the computer lab, so I decided to take a picture of my work area. This is pretty much where I live most of the week:
Note the NOS and the Mountain Dew. Caffeine really helps me concentrate and get work done, but it's also probably the reason why I'm finishing this blog at 2:15 am when I was planning on waking up at 8 tomorrow...

and you're right about the trash on campus but i would pay anything to move back up there again. as crazy as this sounds i still get nostalgic for the sounds of being woken up by blasting music and the screams of OH~IO every saturday morning at 7am sharp.
