I don't think they're real.
I think there's like four body-models and Zo just photoshops new features on them each time. Moves them around in Poser, shrinks their boobs and stuff. And then they pick a name for "the new Suicide Girl" by throwing a dart at a thesaurus or something. "Okay, this one's called Bonobo and the next one's called Gearstick. We're good to go."
