So I've been offered a promotion at my work, only taken 7 years to get one. You're looking at the new dairy manager!
*curtsy*
I went to the book store today, and just bought a truck load of new crap to read. Yes, the nerd that I am, this time I went for some fantasy kinda stuff. I've never really been into it, but I always like readin new shtuff.

Found out the date for my trip to Cali, I leave on June 12th, come back on the 21st. So if anyone wants a postcard, let me know and I'll have one out to ya on the asap. I love to write so it's no problemo, but I doubt anyone will so it's ok.

That's it for now..

PS Yes I realize I'm a nerd, and I'm damm proud! biggrin

What books did you buy? Perhaps there is a small chance I have heard of them.
Angel's required reading: A Confederacy of Dunces. Best book. ever. written.

Tom Clancy's net force, hidden agenda, dean koontz: hideaway, pain the fifth vidal sign, night fall fast, and a bunch of fantasy novels including spiderman, xmen and some with cool dragons on the front smile

I'm looking to get some psychological type books, more criminal based, but not fiction. whatever

Thanks for the recommendation, I'm gonna look that one up.

I know exactly what you mean. When the drama dissipates from my life I get bored. everything's fine, so now what? I think I just experience happiness and sadness as well as the rest of the emotional spectrum differently than most.
Oh yes, I will be stocking up on fruit of the gods. If they like it who am I to criticize?
Have you ever read Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil? It's one of my favorite books which I'm about to pick up again. It's a wonderful story, mostly because it's true, and if you ever have the chance to see the movie please avoid it at all costs.
