First off, apologies.. this will make no sense. Between the sleep dep and booze consumption, I'm surely in no situation to be talking coherently.

I went to 2 shows this week, Static-X/OTEP and MyChemicalRomance/MUSE.

#1> Otep was decent, but the mix was blah.. would like to hear 'em recorded.

#2> Static-X continues to be fucking amazing live.

#3> Muse was interesting.. going to have to check out their recorded stuff.

#4> My Chemical Romance was better than expected.. though still VERY SHITTY.

The MCR show was my 14 year old cousin (who I sometimes call "niece" since she called me "Uncle" for so long, as she's so much younger than I) wanting me to go.. so I didn't disappoint. Glad the opener (MUSE) was interesting, but MCR was.. well.. MCR. I give them credit, they put in a bunch of energy for the kids, and they had a big show... I'm not saying MCR isn't good.... I'm just saying they aren't for me...
