A couple quick things.
1) thank you to whomever bought me some membership time, I had almost forgoten how much I loved the art (both by the members and on the members) and most of the writers on this site.
2) If you own a PS3, M.A.G. is a blast. My PSN is "unkletdog" add me and let me know your on SG.
3) If instead you own a Xbox360 then you should be plating Mass Effect 2. My gamertag is "unkletdog". I play some HALO every now and then so send me a friend request if you like. And get a PS3.
Above all else, have fun.

mario kart for the wii is fun ...... my friend code for it is 1848 2109 8682
damn i love the racing games.
damn i love the racing games.
ok, its way past due, but the fan fest kicked ass. completely fun, and i was pleasantly surprised by the dancer class. the new zones were "old" newbie zones with much much larger monsters, and the new new zones are as well laid out as the rest of the games zones. the developers conference was informative and interesting, and made me happy to see how much they enjoy the game. fun carnival games, the live quest was a blast, and taru taru marathon was fun.
off to the finalfantasy fan fest i go .... last years was so much fun, the girlfriend and i decided we would do it again if it came back. so off to anahiem we go thursday. three cheers for the naked taru taru run!!!!!!
and my fingers hurt ...... but guitar hero 3 is kick ass. the online co op plays just what ive been waiting for, now ill need to see who has the game back in Seattle ,Portland and the biggest shitty city Yakima. my friend code is 206273115724 its on the wii, i have yet to figure out if you can play crossplatform, though i don't know why you couldn't be able to.
Is anyone else bothered by comments on news posts sometimes? I understand passion about certain things like the "Myanmar? Didn't even KNOW her!" post from Brad Warner, in the culture section. It just seems like maybe, on a "alternative" web sight, that seems to promote the understanding of individual beauty, the people that read and interact here would be ... more understanding. I think though, what really rubbed me wrong, was the vicious internet slamming TigerBeat4Ever got on the first few posts she had "Not Westside 'Till I Die" and "YouTube Charts" (Ii would link these, but i have yet to learn how to do that.). It just kinda amazed me, that she was tore into right away because people didn't like what she was talking about, on a web sight that I think is rooted in cultures that are not socially accepted. Ive always thought and reacted different from the majority, and i love things most people don't like, or hate, like "The Reverend Horton Heat" or "Bongwater" as music examples. Knowing that my music tastes are off from "the norm" I actually make it a point to listen to the Radio, and I am not talking about just stations I would like, I will hit the hip hop or pop station a couple times a week as I drive home. How else can I choose whats right for me, if I don't pay attention to whats out there? It just seemed wrong to give her hell for something that people didn't like, on a web sight dedicated to things most people don't like. Maybe, I just expected more respect from people who are normally treated with disrespect for what they like. Its just kinda depressing to see what I would consider "close mindedness" here, where I guess, I expected everyone to be more open to others ideas. Normally, the dialog in the comments section, is at least just that, dialog, no mater what the tone, or opinion as was the case with the Hardcore Zen post i spoke about in the beginning of this rant. The comments to TigerBeat4Ever's posts though were not, they were exactly the kind of comments you hope to get away from when you gather with people like yourself. I would call them rude and Intentionally Mean. So now that you know how i feel, does it seem to bother anyone else?
so, yea, the WII kicks ass, if anyone wants heres the WII number 8517398949727945. figured it couldn't hurt to toss it out on the "internets" and see what kind of Mii traffic i get. besides if your gonna open up your home, you might as well let in people you'll most likely like.

I am not used to getting comments ..... last night I log on as usual to see what interesting things have been posted, picture set, editorial, or otherwise. As always theres wonderful picture sets, and just before i close my browser i notice theres a number 2 in the corner of my browser next to a text bubble. So I click my nickname, and there are two comments. Thank you both, India and Perdita, for something i had never had expected, it made my day.
